Shift: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

What’s the Role?
This is a key role where you’ll be at the heart of manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs smoothly while optimising efficiency and resources.
- Plan & Organise Production – Maximise output while minimising downtime.
- Monitor Stock & Material Levels – Ensure raw materials are available to meet demand.
- Schedule Tool Changes – Maintain seamless production flow.
- Attend & Contribute to Production Meetings – Communicate updates and challenges effectively.
- Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with teams across the business to set clear expectations.
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance – Maintain best practices on the shop floor.
- Process Documentation & Administration – Maintain accurate records for audits and performance tracking.
- Manage Labour Resources – Ensure workforce availability aligns with production targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing & Production Planning Experience – Previous experience in a fast-moving production environment.
- Strong IT & Microsoft Excel Skills – Comfortable working with MRP/ERP systems and data tracking.
- Excellent Organisational Skills – Able to multi-task, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines.
- Great Communication & Leadership – Work with multiple departments to drive success.
- Keen Attention to Detail – Maintain high accuracy in scheduling and stock control.
- Ambitious & Career-Focused – This role has the potential to progress into a Production Planning Manager position!
