The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence
* Establish and oversee robust technical standards and best practices.
* Ensure the consistent delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions across operations.

* Stay ahead of technological advancements to inform and enhance operational strategies.
Team Management
* Build and lead a high-performing technical team, including Factory Technical Manager and Customer Technical Manager.
* Define clear goals, roles, and performance expectations for team members.
* Develop and mentor talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
* Drive knowledge sharing and communication across departments.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of technical initiatives.

Risk Management & Compliance
* Manage technical risks, ensuring data security, compliance, and system integrity.
