Service Advisor Up to £28k rising to £30k Aldershot Full time | Permanent Are you currently working as a service advisor?  Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Service Advisor to join the team.The main purpose of this role is to arrange & book customer vehicle service appointments via phone and email.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28k rising to £30k , depending on experience, plus access to a company car scheme, 22 days' holiday increasing with length of service and more!This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 5.30pm and 1 in 4 SaturdaysYour responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging & booking customers services  via telephone & email.
  • Provide updates and report back to customers on repairs.
  • Create customer invoices.
  • Greet customers & be the first point of contact for them until completion on the service.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must have experience working within service.
  • Use to working to tight deadlines.
  • Used to working with all Microsoft packages.
