You’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their training journey — from booking courses to supporting them with theory and practical tests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a difference, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Course Bookings: Coordinate bookings, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for candidates.
- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact, answering queries and offering updates throughout their training journey.
- Brand Building: Provide excellent customer service that enhances the company’s reputation and encourages positive reviews.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various operational tasks.
- Product Recommendations: Suggest additional products to elevate the customer experience.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude

- Salary: Up to £27k per annum (including commission), depending on experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:15 pm — no weekend or bank holiday work!
