Based in a vibrant office in Farnborough, our client offers a dynamic, fun, and supportive environment, with a hardworking team and plenty of exciting incentives to keep things lively!About the Role:Are you a motivated, energetic individual who loves to help others succeed?Then we want you to join a close-knit team of eight as an Office Administrator. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their training journey — from booking courses to supporting them with theory and practical tests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a difference, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Bookings: Coordinate bookings, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for candidates.
  • Customer Support: Be the first point of contact, answering queries and offering updates throughout their training journey.
  • Brand Building: Provide excellent customer service that enhances the company’s reputation and encourages positive reviews.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various operational tasks.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest additional products to elevate the customer experience.
