One of Lynx's Key clients are looking for a temp office manager to come in and support the business with all admin tasks.

The role initially will be for 3 months but has the potential to run longer based on work load and business needs.

Key tasks include;

  • booking in training courses and staff travel
  • ordering parts / office supplies
  • sorting out facilities (alarm checks / test reports / follow ups)
  • other admin tasks

As the Office manager you will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

Hours TBC but early finish on a Friday.
