Key attributes include:
- Proven sales or sales management experience
- Background in warehousing, automation, or logistics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Degree (2:1 or higher preferred)
- Internal sales experience, ideally in logistics or automation
- Strong people management, communication, and commercial skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sales
- Handle inbound enquiries and create quotations
- Manage customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities
- Process orders and liaise with the realisation team
- Achieve sales targets and support ongoing customer communication
- Leadership and Support
- Lead the SOP team and report to the Head of Sales
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute to sales strategy
- Attend weekly sales meetings and help develop the department
