About the Sales Manager Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our global company and manage the small order SOP business. This exciting role involves handling inbound enquiries, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue opportunities. Requirements:

Key attributes include:

  • Proven sales or sales management experience
  • Background in warehousing, automation, or logistics preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Degree (2:1 or higher preferred)
  • Internal sales experience, ideally in logistics or automation
  • Strong people management, communication, and commercial skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Sales
  • Handle inbound enquiries and create quotations
  • Manage customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Process orders and liaise with the realisation team
  • Achieve sales targets and support ongoing customer communication
  1. Leadership and Support
  • Lead the SOP team and report to the Head of Sales
  • Collaborate with other departments and contribute to sales strategy
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and help develop the department
