Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and support.
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to manage inventory.

  • Follow up on sales leads and customer queries to support business development.

Requirements:
