Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for their client based in Walsall. The ideal candidate should have previous HR experience, working within a team and keeping up to date with policies and procedures. The HR Advisor will be the first point of call to employees and managers for all HR Related enquires.
Duties of a HR Advisor
Assisting with implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, including communicating these to department managers to be rolled out to the whole company.
Keeping up to date with HR policies and procedures,
Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and files.
Will be involved in the recruitment process, including job posting, conducting telephone interviews and communicating job offers
Commencing onboarding process for new starters, including preparing offer letters, conducting inductions and ensuring all relevant documentation is in place to allow a smooth start for new starters.
Conducting data analysis.
Reporting on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism and employee satisfaction levels to identify areas of concern and contribute towards a more successful workforce.
