A leading specialist engineering company in Riddings is looking for experienced CNC Sliding Head Machinists to join our dynamic engineering team. We have opportunities available for professionals at all experience levels, from basic setter/operators to those with advanced programming and setting expertise. There may also be opportunities for supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Sliding Head machines with Star controls.
- Manufacture small to medium batch automotive components, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards and tight tolerances.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of precision and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience working with CNC sliding lathes.
- Expertise in setting and programming, particularly with Star or Fanuc controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within tight tolerances.
