We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Stores and Despatch Supervisor to lead our warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

As our Stores and Despatch Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Leading & Supervising the Team
- Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing stores and despatch team.
- Setting clear job expectations, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Overseeing staffing levels, assign workloads, and ensure smooth operations.
Operating in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Identifying challenges, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Reacting quickly to urgent demands, problem-solving in real time.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling and despatch.
Managing Stock & Despatch Operations
- Ensure shipments, inventory, and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure streamlined operations.
- Use data and reporting tools to measure and enhance performance.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience in a Stores Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and proactively solve problems.
- Hands-on leadership style comfortable stepping in when needed.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of stores software, inventory management, and MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driving licence.
It would be great if you had some relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration but this is not essential.
