Your Role

Are you a master of organisation and efficiency? As a Scheduler Co-Ordinator at Wanzl UK, you will be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations, ensuring that our machinery, equipment, and facilities are always in top-notch condition. You will be the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities, working with various customer contracts to triage calls, assess needs, and deploy resources efficiently. Your role is crucial in optimising routes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact, and manage acceptances on portals. You'll ensure that all work orders are completed on time, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary. Additionally, you'll assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities and manage customer portal accounts, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
  • Enthusiastic and a good team player.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service skills.
