The Basics:
Role: CMM Inspector
Location: Alfreton
Pay: 16.97 per hour/34415 to 18.56 per hour/37640 per annum.
Hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am-4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am-2.00pm)
Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution
Overview:
We now require a CMM Inspector to join the inspection department. You will be tasked to inspect machined and fabricated components with hand help measuring tools associated within a precision engineering environment.
Working in a modern purpose-built manufacturing facility for a high-end precision engineering business.
The ideal candidate / CMM Inspector may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Time Served Apprenticeship - beneficial
- Competent at reading engineering drawings
- Competent dimensionally checking precision engineered parts against a drawing using hand held measuring tools such as Verniers, calipers etc.
- CMM Programming experience
Commutable from: Alfreton, Hucknall, Ripley, Heanor and surrounding areas
