Business Development Executive (no experience required)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission

Location: Alton Office (in Office 100% of time)

Monday - Friday

This is a unique opportunity to get in early on a growth journey and have a significant role in the business expansion as well as developing your career.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for researching, identifying and developing new business opportunities that meet our target criteria with a successful handover to Client Relations once secured. Responsibility for growing pipeline to ensure sufficient opportunities for 1-3 year revenue targets to be achieved.

Job Duties of the Business Development Executive:

  • Research profile clients and key contacts and upload onto CRM generating new business.
  • Engage with relevant contacts, predominantly via telephone, to identify suitable prospective opportunities.
  • Book appointments with decision maker.
  • Manage and grow pipeline to underpin growth strategy.
  • Aim to get Six validated appointments booked per month.
  • Pipeline growth of 150 opportunities in 12 months.
  • Main Areas Covered are Central London
  • Projects between 200 thousand and 1 million
