The Role

Hartford Care is growing and so are our Care Homes. The recently newly refurbished Belford House, in Four Marks (near Alton, Hampshire)has seen an additional ten new bedrooms added to this home which is in enviable position on a quiet country lane with the counrtyside on its doorstep.

If have experience and would now like to move into a supervisory senior carer role then we would like to hear from you. You might be carryingoutdirect observations on ourcare assistants,checking that a residents activities log has been completed, or giving a detailed handover to the team on the next shift, You'll havecare at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements

Essential:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to working hour
