TeamJobs are looking for an additional Machine Operator/Team Leader to join our client, a well-established local company based in Alton that invests time and training in their employees.
Responsibilities as a Machine Operative:
- Operating production machinery, ensuring machine running effectively and safely
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are being adhered all the time
- Reporting any issues
- Quality checking products
- Reporting any out of spec products, machinery issues
- Team Work to make sure all production running smoothly
- Supervising agency staff on site
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous manufacturing experience/ team leading experience
- Excellent attend to detail
Hours as a Machine Operative:
- 6:00 -15:00 Monday to Friday
- Temporary to Permanent contract
- Pay rate starting from 12.60ph+ depending on experience. Overtime paid at an enhanced rate
- Temp to perm contract after 12 weeks
