It is a fantastic opportunity to assume a prominent detail focussed position within a dynamic finance team.Guiding a small team of accountants, taking charge of month and year-end closing activities, financial statements and reports, this role will also have responsibility for improving and maintaining internal controls, identifying process improvements and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in an accurate and timely manner.You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) and provide a very strong blend of both balance sheet and operational acumen. This Finance Manager role is as much about your ability to understand the drivers of the P&L and what lies behind the numbers as it is running a robust and accurate balance sheet process and will call upon your commercial skills, leadership presence and stakeholder management.
