Our client pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Conveyancing to lead their conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the conveyancing department, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, from instruction to completion.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on conveyancing matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the conveyancing practice and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
