My client has a fantastic opportunity to join them as their new Head of Conveyancing based in their Manchester offices on a Hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be leading a growing team of 120+ conveyancing professionals to help them develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of conveyancing professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service to clients.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing centre, including workload management, resource allocation and process optimisation.- Ensure a consistent approach in process across all teams in line with agreed company structure and strategy.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the conveyancing team.- Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for senior management.

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a conveyancing or legal environment- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to fulfill their potential to deliver results with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients
