- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of conveyancing professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service to clients
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing centre, including workload management, resource allocation and process optimisation
- Ensure a consistent approach in process across all teams in line with agreed company structure and strategy
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the conveyancing team
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for senior management.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a conveyancing or legal environment
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to fulfil their potential to deliver results with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients
