QED Legal is looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate solicitor to an established highstreet firm in Altrincham. For this role, we are looking for a solicitor with a strong background in private client and more specifically, confidence in Wills and Probate. Experience in private client is essential in this role as we are looking for a confident solicitor to join our renowned firm and private client team. Candidate criteria
  • Qualified Solicitor – 4 Years PQE+
  • Background in a range of matters including probate, wills, trusts, power of attorney, court of protection and estate to tax planning
  • Experience in court of protection is essential
  • Skilled in maintaining and building client relationships
  • Ability to deliver excellent client care and high net worth clients
  • Supporting junior paralegals in the team
