Key responsibilities include:

  • PPC Management: Enhancing current campaigns and launching new PPC strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This also involves optimising landing pages and conducting A/B tests.
  • Campaign Management: Steering multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, social media ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Email Campaigns: Overseeing email marketing efforts, including segmentation, scheduling, and overall account optimisation to boost engagement and lead generation.
  • Website UX: Making website updates, analysing web and campaign performance, and monitoring user behaviour to improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Video Production: Managing and assisting with the planning, filming, editing, and distribution of video content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and is optimised for various platforms.
  • SEO: Supporting the implementation of the SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimisation, blog content, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Online Reviews: Handling and enhancing online reviews across platforms, responding to feedback professionally, improving brand reputation, and utilising positive reviews for marketing purposes.
  • Industry Trends: Staying updated with the latest digital trends and market conditions to drive quality enquiries while supporting all areas of the marketing function.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with key stakeholders and partners, reporting on performance.
  • Compliance: Adhering to legislation and policies on equal opportunities and health and safety.
  • Training and Development: Identifying and pursuing training and development opportunities to meet personal and business needs.

What you'll need to succeedI'm looking for a driven marketing professional to join an expanding Digital Marketing team. You should have have proven expertise inPPC managementand a broad range of marketing activities, including email marketing, video production, and website/campaign management. This role demands a mix of analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple disciplines at a high level.You should be a PPC expert eager to broaden your knowledge in other digital marketing areas or a digital marketer with advanced PPC skills.A crucial aspect of this role is making data-driven decisions to attract targeted traffic and generate high-quality leads while meeting departmental and company-wide strategic goals.
