  • Our client, an award-winning organization, is seeking a Business Administrator to support their operations team. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, raising sales orders, and managing customer inquiries. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a good working knowledge of MS Office, and attention to detail. The position is permanent and full-time, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on Friday. The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Our client, an award winning organization which operates in a variety of market sectors, is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their team.

The role will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

ROLE:

  • Full function office and business administration.
  • First point of contact for incoming phone calls.
  • Raise Sales Orders, quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Attending to customer queries via email and phone.
  • Arranging Engineers for Installations and updating the internal diaries.
  • Update Current Order Spreadsheet with delivery dates.
  • Support Production and Development department, with enquiries for Stock/Delivery Dates.
  • Booking in parts and stock.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Updating systems.
  • General administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good level of Customer Service.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Permanent Full Time.

Office based.

Parking available.

8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) with 45mins lunch & 8:00am - 12:30pm (Friday)
