Residential Conveyancer

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to join their thriving property department. This role is ideal for a solicitor or licensed conveyancer looking to contribute to a dynamic and expanding team in Ammanford.

The Role:

• Manage residential conveyancing files independently from initial instruction to completion, overseeing all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Proactively handle transactions, ensuring exceptional customer service for clients, referrers, and potential referrers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in meeting tight deadlines and resolving challenges with clients.
• Support and mentor junior staff members under the guidance of the Head of Conveyancing.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
