A leading and reputable law firm in Swansea is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their highly regarded team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a varied and busy caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion and post-completion. You will handle a wide range of matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring all transactions are conducted in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. You will need to be confident in liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear communication and delivering exceptional customer service.
