Experience:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role
Familiarity with business processes related to manufacturing operations
Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for managing production data
Demonstrated expertise in quality control methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
Excellent leadership skills, motivating teams to achieve common goals
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to production metrics
