**Job Title: Administrator****Contract: Ongoing****About Us:**We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support. **Key Responsibilities:**- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed- Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support- Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail- Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
