Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Country Hotel - Surrey
Salary: £40,000 + Service Charge & Bonus
Location: Surrey
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this Luxury Hotel at their new restaurant in Surrey. We are looking for a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for all things to do with F&B. About the position
- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Become a guru with the food menu and wine list, sharing your knowledge with the guests and team
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
- Build a strong relationship with the guests
The successful candidate
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants or gastro pubs
- A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Strong business acumen
- Passionate about hospitality
- A born leader with excellent communication skills
