Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Ascot.

In this crucial role, you will provide essential support, ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team by addressing queries promptly within set response times
  • Communicate updates to the Sales Team to ensure transparency throughout the business
  • Provide support for events, including budget management and raising POs
  • Ensure the Sales Team has the necessary equipment and documents, and assist with the delivery of these materials
  • Manage incentive-related tasks, including processing marketing orders and distributing marketing materials between departments
  • Coordinate and manage product returns efficiently
  • Handle payments, including deposits, refunds, and balances

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive nature
