What you'll do
You will be working in a team to produce delectable, delicate seasonal pastries for our award-winning afternoon tea, as well as other desserts for the all-day-dining menu during their day. This will include supervising all pastry kitchen personnel in your section with the Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning; as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Pastry Chef de Partie
