You'll work closely with Senior Managers and Partners to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and continuous team development.- Manage audit and accounts work for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery- Support the growth and development of team members, providing guidance and feedback- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate taxation regulations- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners on a range of assignments- Be the main point of contact for client engagements, ensuring excellent serviceWhat you'll need to succeed as Audit & Accounting Manager:- Fully ACA/ACCA qualified- Proven experience in a similar role within an accounting firm- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation, and VAT- Experience managing audit and accounting assignments from start to finish- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships- A proactive, commercial mindset, always looking for opportunities to add value- Familiarity with CCH software would be an advantageWhat next?
