The Role:

As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and delivery of landscaping contracts, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Youll work closely with the Contracts Manager to oversee multiple sites, coordinating teams and liaising with clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of landscaping contracts, ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervising and supporting site teams, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues to keep projects on track.
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
