We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Executive my wonderful client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events that enhance the brand presence and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and event management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours as needed.
