- Communicating with clients on behalf of the solicitor
- Drafting documents through audio dictation
- Opening and closing property files as needed
- Managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures
- Using conveyancing software to track case progress and manage files
- Ordering property searches, official copies, and Companies House records
- Handling Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, calculations, and payments
- Coordinating with estate agents and other third parties regularly
- Keeping the fee earner informed of case progress
- Offering direct support to one fee earner, with flexibility to assist others when needed
- Experience in residential property is ideal, though commercial property experience may also be considered
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to handle a demanding workload
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and systems Â
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
