Are you an experienced candidate within purchase ledger / accounts payable? Do you want to join a successful business to a very exciting time? The Recruitment Co. are supporting one of our key clients and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all purchase invoices within SAP on a timely basis
  • Creating a payment run each week for domestic and overseas vendors
  • Ensuring all vendor master data is kept up-to-date, and ensuring there is adequate authorisation for changes to such master data
  • Reconciling a sample of vendor statements and investigating any discrepancies
  • Ensuring SAP purchase ledger records are correct and accurate
  • Maintaining a clean ledger
  • Ad hoc projects

Candidate Requirements / Experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate input skills
  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Experience across SAP and/or Oracle
  • Worked within a manufacturing environment (ideally)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work on site full time
