The Role:
As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining communication with suppliers, and keeping the company's website updated with the latest information on products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
  • Processing orders and resolving related issues
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain order and product information to ensure customers and the website are kept up-to-date
  • Updating website content
  • Providing support for the sales team to meet customer requirements
  • Proactively contacting customers to provide updates and build relationships
