We are supporting a company based in Aylesbury with recruiting for a Claims Manager on a permanent basis. The salary is paying between 33k-40k per annum (DOE) and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch. This is an office-based position and due to the distance, you must be local to the office in Aylesbury.
Duties will include:
- Managing a team of Claims Technicians and supporting them with daily tasks
- Carrying out 1-2-1 meetings on staff performance and providing feedback
- Providing training and coaching for a team of Claims Technicians
- Dealing with customer claim queries via email and telephone regarding requirements and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Reviewing current working practices and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed to deliver best practice for staff
- Day-to-day management of the Control Centre to ensure it runs smoothly
- Liaising with Control Centre staff to ensure key objectives are actioned and ensuring SLA's are delivered
