Experienced Family Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE

Are you a skilled Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Law, looking to take the next step in your career? My client offers the opportunity to join their friendly, supportive team as a full-time Family Solicitor, working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service.

About Us:

As one of the oldest and most established firms in the area, they have a solid reputation and a substantial, loyal client base. Due to a significant increase in family law matters, they are expanding the team and offering a unique opportunity for career progression, including the potential to become the Head of the Family Law Department and a pathway to Partnership.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse caseload of Family Law matters, including:

  • Divorce and financial settlements

  • Cohabitation and separation agreements

  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

  • Private Children Act matters

  • Family Law Act issues

Working closely with partners and supported by a team of experienced Family Lawyers and dedicated support staff, this role provides a collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

  • Extensive knowledge of Family Law, including Matrimonial and Children Act matters

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail

  • Experience with court hearings (including remote hearings) and advocacy is advantageous but not essential

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A commitment to professional growth, with the aspiration to lead a department

Experience in other areas of Family Law is welcomed but not required.
