A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Divorce and financial matters
  • Cohabitation and separation agreements
  • Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements
  • Private Children Act matters
  • Family Law Act matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualification as a solicitor with a valid practising certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Family Law, including Matrimonial and Children Act matters
  • Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in court hearings and advocacy (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive approach and an ambition to progress
