General Maintenance Operative Gas Registered

General Maintenance Engineer (gas registered) required for an immediate start!

Location:                    Buckinghamshire

Hours:                         37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri (overtime/call outs available)

Length:                       3 months, temporary ongoing  

• Primarily responsible for the domestic gas maintenance and repairs on domestic properties within repurposed accommodation blocks
• Carry out general maintenance on a number of domestic and commercial properties including plumbing and some handyman duties
• Report hazards promptly
• Work proactively and independently to ensure works are carried out within a timely manner
• Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and procedures
• Work with the maintenance team collaboratively to cover a variety of maintenance tasks
