Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Specialist Team Lead. In this role, you will deliver expert assessments and interventions for children and young people with diverse needs, including complex disabilities. You will provide therapy in various settings such as schools, clinics, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of an effective Speech and Language Therapy service, emphasizing partnership working and integration.
  • Provide line management and clinical leadership to your designated team.
  • Hold professional responsibility for service delivery across the county, ensuring evidence-based practices are consistently implemented.
  • Manage projects and lead pathways and programs to enhance service effectiveness.
