Are you a passionate and experienced chef eager to make your mark in a renowned Cotswold gastro pub? The Rattlebone Inn, nestled in the picturesque village of Sherston, is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and specials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a busy, fresh food establishment.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous learning.
