IFA Administrator
Location: Deddington
Full-Time or Part-Time
A well-established financial planning firm is looking for a highly organised experienced Administrator to join their team and hit the ground running. This is a varied role that requires someone to come from a IFA background with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to gather personal details, process changes, and manage correspondence.
- Complete compliancechecks, anti-money laundering processes, and handle provider communications.
- Support financial planners with pension transfers, annuities, and investment administration.
- Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Prepare review packs, adviser charge letters, and invoices.
- Manage general office duties, including post handling, scanning, and ordering supplies.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with IFA Administrator experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Previous administration experience, ideally in financial services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) or similar systems (preferred).
