IFA Administrator

Location: Deddington

Full-Time or Part-Time

A well-established financial planning firm is looking for a highly organised experienced Administrator to join their team and hit the ground running. This is a varied role that requires someone to come from a IFA background with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to gather personal details, process changes, and manage correspondence.
  • Complete compliancechecks, anti-money laundering processes, and handle provider communications.
  • Support financial planners with pension transfers, annuities, and investment administration.
  • Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
  • Prepare review packs, adviser charge letters, and invoices.
  • Manage general office duties, including post handling, scanning, and ordering supplies.
