Robert Half are working with a fantastic business, who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2C Trade Marketing professional to join a dynamic team within a leading organisation. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing activities to drive growth across all product categories in line with business objectives.
We are looking for an immediately available individual, who can start ASAP, on a 12 month FTC.
The companies offices are based in Banbury, but the role can be worked predominantly remotely ( 1 day a week in office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Senior Marketing Manager to define marketing objectives and develop an annual marketing plan focused on audience insight, creative impact, and return on investment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams (sales, marketing, consumer services, and category teams) as well as external stakeholders (customers, agencies, and retailers).
- Supporting the development of the annual UK communication and content plan to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and the consumer journey to purchase.
- Monitoring the customer journey and providing strategic recommendations for optimisation.
- Delivering best-in-class trade execution across all retailers to ensure strong brand visibility.
- Managing the creation and execution of in-store campaigns.
- Collaborating with retailer marketing teams to unlock additional promotional opportunities.
- Supporting the launch of new products across all retail partners.
- Creating and managing content assets in formats suitable for retailer platforms.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
