Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.
This is a part-time, temporary position and the hourly rate is 12.21 per hour.
You should have great communication skills and preferably have a background in customer service or administration.
Package for an Administrator:
- Salary: 12.21 per hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Accurately and efficiently maintaining customer and billing details
- Replying to written, email and telephone queries
- Making financial and non-financial adjustments to accounts
- Providing first class customer service
- Raising operational and meter reading requests
- Supporting the team to achieve team and department SLA's
- Providing administrative duties when required
- Ensuring the customers data and information is kept up to date and is inputted accurately
Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
- Excellent written and communication skills is required
- A customer service background is preferred
- A positive and flexible can-do approach is required
- The ability to build rapport, tailoring communication to audience
- You should have the ability to use own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail in a high volume work environment is required
- The ability to work towards personal targets is essential
