Senior Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in Banbury.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with the contract.
• Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.
• Identify commercial and contractual risks and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Assist with the preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed.
• Work with clients and their commercial teams to identify their needs.
• Prepare applications for payments and invoices.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course
• NEC Contract experience
• Experience working on Civils Projects
• Professional membership of appropriate body
• Good data interrogation skills
• Excellent legal/contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence
