- £25,000-£35,000 (negotiable upon experience)
- Content Creation: Developing engaging newsletters, blogs, and website updates to attract and retain customers.
- Campaign Management: Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive bookings and brand loyalty.
- Community Engagement: Representing the centre at local events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote activities.
- Brand Development: Enhancing the centre’s visibility through creative marketing strategies.
- Has around two years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
- Is skilled in content creation with a strong sense of storytelling and SEO optimisation.
- Speaks Welsh fluently, enabling meaningful connections with the local community.
- Holds a full driving licence for easy access to the location.
- Has a passion for, or experience in, outdoor activities or diving (a bonus!).
- A salary of £25,000–£35,000 (negotiable upon experience).
