About the School – Year 5 Teacher – Barnet, North West London

The school requires a teacher of Year 5 to join them from Easter or as soon as March as the current Year 5 teacher is going on maternity leave. This is a Jewish orthodox faith school in Barnet. The school is a small 1 form entry school. This is an energetic school which strives to ensure that all students enjoy learning and surpass expectations for achievement. The school offers a creative, enriching, broad and balanced curriculum This school opened in 2008 and moved into its new site in 2013.  

About the Role – Year 5 Teacher – Barnet, North West London

• This school is looking for a Year 5 Teacher to join the Key Stage 2 (KS2) team at Easter or as soon as March, as the current Year 5 teacher is going on maternity leave. The post is initially a Maternity cover, but could go permanent by September if there are other vacancies.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in KS2 and have proven experience of commitment to a school. Previous Year 5 or 6 experience and of good results is essential because this is a small school and only one form of entry. You must have experience following the British Curriculum and hold Qualified Teacher Status. Although the school is Jewish, you do not have to be of this faith, but must be able to respect the school ethos. Female members of staff are required to wear a dress / skirt below the knees.
