3rd Line Engineer - IT MSP
Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Opportunity: 3rd Line EngineerAn experienced 3rd Line Engineer position has become available to join a thriving IT solutions provider that specialises in delivering advanced managed IT services and bespoke support to a diverse range of clients.As the 3rd Line Engineer you will have a unique opportunity to work hands-on with various organisations, resolving complex technical issues, implementing IT projects, and ensuring robust, secure IT systems. The skills and experience required for the 3rd Line Engineer position include:

A proven history of working within an MSP environment with strong on-site and remote technical support expertise.
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls), virtualisation (Hyper-V), and IT security frameworks.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
A passion for delivering outstanding service to a diverse client base.
Microsoft certifications and familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks are a plus.
