This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an MSP background who enjoys working with a variety of technologies and engaging directly with clients.This will be a customer-facing role, and therefore, the IT Desktop Support Engineer must be comfortable in front of clients and ideally have had prior experience in an MSP or IT service environment. The role will be primarily office-based in Central London, with some on-site support at client locations, including Watford.The IT Desktop Support Engineer will have experience supporting OS’s & Servers, Networks, and End User Computing, along with a strong understanding of IT best practices and procedures.Additionally, knowledge of AV technology, including DSP, DANTE, Room Systems, and Projectors, would be highly advantageous but not essential.To be a successful IT Desktop Support Engineer within the MSP, you will need to have technical capabilities in the following areas:• Microsoft Desktop OS’s and Windows Server Exposure• Active Directory & MS Entra ID / Azure AD• Microsoft 365 – MS Teams• Endpoint Manager• Deployment Tools (SCCM, WDS, WSUS)• Networking - CCNA would be highly desirable but not essential• Virtualisation – Ideally some experience with Hyper-V, VMware or Citrix• Understanding of SAN / RAID / NAS i.e. Storage• Audio Visual EquipmentThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Engineer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of customers.Key Skills: IT Desktop Support Engineer, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Hardware Troubleshooting, Printers, Laptops, Projectors, AV Technology, Touchscreens, MSP ExperienceDue to the large number of responses we receive, despite our best efforts, it is not possible to respond to every application.
