Service Desk Lead

We are seeking a Service Desk Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Support Team, ensuring outstanding technical support and an exceptional user experience across our international workforce.

The Role

As the Service Desk Lead, you will:

  • Lead and mentor IT support staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Manage and improve service desk operations, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee user support, including onboarding, offboarding, and device management.
  • Manage IT assets and vendor relationships, ensuring systems meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to align IT support with wider business goals.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office-based and remote working, with an expectation of four days a week in the office. Occasional travel to international offices may be required.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure, SharePoint).

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 including benefits and bonus
